We teach electric, acoustic and classical guitar, piano, drums, vocals, bass guitar and ukulele. You can learn any of these at both our Cosham and Southsea centres — great if you want to learn more than one instrument or have children learning different ones. Portsmouth Music Academy provides one-to-one and group musical instrument and vocal lessons to students of all ages and abilities. Our centres in Cosham and Southsea are both fully equipped to provide lessons in Electric Guitar, Classical Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Piano / Keyboard, Singing, Ukulele, Banjo and Music Theory. We believe performing live is an essential and fun part of learning any instrument and we’re proud to offer exciting opportunities for our students to perform live. As well as offering private music lessons at our centres, we also provide peripatetic music teachers for Junior and Secondary schools across the South.
