Charming Place - February 2019 ‘We had a really lovely time at this charming B and B within walking distance of the town centre. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated, very clean, with all you would expect in it. The kingsize bed was super comfortable. Breakfast, not too early in the morning, was nicely cooked with a beautiful fruit salad. The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. You'll find this B & B very central to town centre, everything on its doorstep! Nothing was too much trouble Quiet, clean, home from home — August 2018 Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights on the occasion of a friend’s wedding in the area. The place is a little gem. The room was lovely - bright, clean with all the things you need..and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Furthermore, the area is perfect for getting down to the coast or visiting friends...I highly recommend! 12/03/18 - A very friendly B&B with lovely rooms in a wonderful setting - Plenty of car parking and a very warm welcome. We had a delightful room in what is a very splendid and imposing building. We would highly recommend Portman Lodge
