Gaye Nowak is the originator of PoolSkool. A family run personal business that has been going for over 18 years making us the most established company for 1-1 swimming lessons in Surrey. The business has been built using the philosophy that 1-1 tuition is the best possible way to learn swimming. We teach all ages to learn to swim and perfect their stroke technique as they progress. This method of teaching ensures we can cater for everyone’s specific needs. Poolskool provides swimming lessons in Surrey and encourages people of all ages and abilities to learn to swim. We teach kids usually from preschool upwards but will take younger on request. Careful vetting of like minded instructors — all of whom are ASA /STA qualified ensures that the success she has achieved in the past will continue. At their youngest children begin with the Duckling levels which take them through pre-school, following this we use the ASA NPTS levels and when a child has progressed to the correct level they can then be introduced to other routes of swimming i.e. synchronized swimming and clubs which cater to this. We are proud to be able to offer our students the opportunity to pursue a future enjoying or working in aquatics.
