My inspiration comes from my mother who was an artist herself and she always encouraged me to pursue my love of painting. I work mainly in Acrylics and Pencil, I do like large bold works of art that stand out give a wow factor. My latest painting “Madly Deeply” depicts the beauty of horses and the emotion I feel you get from the bone structure and presence they show. I tend to paint with as much detail that allows it to look like the real thing but not too exact. I love the human form and feel pencil drawings allow more freedom of dark and shade. Hands are a particular part of the body that tell a tale of the life of someone.
