We are proud to hold the '5 star quality award' from the National Federation of Fish Fryers and a maximum hygiene rating 5 from Wyre Borough Council. We were also finalists in the 'staff training' category at the National Fish and Chips Awards 2012. All staff hold level 2 safety and hygiene certificates and many also hold Seafish certificates for frying and customer service. Here at Pisces we pride ourselves in the quality of our food. We use locally harvested potatoes and conform to sustainability guidelines by sourcing our fish only from responsible suppliers and buying only fish that is considered 'Fish To Eat' and never 'Fish To Avoid'. All the fish we use carries the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certificate.
