All yoga classes are taken by Jeanette, a fully qualified and insured British Wheel of Yoga Teacher. Jeanette's Diploma took three years to complete with the British Wheel of Yoga and she has been teaching for the last ten years. Classes are for beginners through to the more experienced, catering for all levels of agility. The style of yoga is Hatha Yoga and Jeanette focuses upon relaxation, breathing techniques and meditation combined with traditional yoga posture work.
