Opened by Garry Cumming, a third-generation Perthshire businessman, Perthshire Flooring was established in 2008 after he and his wife Julie, spotted a gap in the market for a great quality, city centre flooring provider who could offer competitive choice, service and value. Since then we have grown in reputation and size, filling our 6,500ft2 Canal Street showroom with an unrivalled range of carpets, vinyls, hard wood floors and beautiful designer brands to suit all homes and budgets.
