The Principal Surveyor is Mark Pearce BSc(Hons) MRICS who started in his profession in 1988. Adding to his earlier qualifications, he was awarded a degree in Building Surveying in 1996; and then was elected by the Professional Body to join as a fully qualified Member in 1998 of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). PBSC is particularly suited to the Residential or Domestic market offering the personal level of service rightly expected by private homeowners. Selectively we can also tailor our professional services for small commercial concerns, who also seek that more personal level of attention.
