The base of our success has always been the people within the company. We are all mature experienced agents who live locally in either Richmond, Sheen or Putney and have done so for some time. Being embedded in the community is paramount to us, as there are only some things you can appreciate when you live in the area. Whether it’s sponsoring the local cricket team or a fireworks event we have long been investing in our community. Being mobile is extremely important to us, so if you can only meet in the mornings or evenings we can accommodate, if you have an emergency we will be there as there is always a member of staff who lives round the corner! After working in the industry for other corporate style estate agents, we decided that we wanted to do things differently, putting the customer at the centre of all we do.
