Our Staff have Specialist knowledge and are carefully chosen to ensure they have the right skills to look after your pet. The owner is qualified in First Aid Certificates for animal care and a BSC. in Physiology and Zoology. Other staff employed are usually from a veterinary care background and all are obviously dog and cat lovers! We understand that your pets are social animals & fare best when kind, empathetic & professional staff care for them. Our staff are friendly, polite and interact easily with both our staying guests as well as their owners. In addition there are sufficient of us to give individual care to every one of our residents throughout their stay.
