One-to-one training in martial arts is available fo: K1 Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, , Boxing, Classical ju Jutsu, Mixed Martial Arts and traditional Ken Jutsu and Bo Jutsu (hand bo, bo staff & katana). We also offer one-to-one training for personal self-defence and improving self-confidence, for general personal fitness, body building, and for weight loss/gain: body toning, core, abs, lower back and joints improvement. It is also possible for two people to share a personal trainer for these lessons.
