Our service begins by providing the extensive Marketing of the Property and responding to all subsequent Enquiries and Viewings from Prospective Tenants. We then carryout the Introduction and Vetting of prospective Tenants including Referencing and a Comprehensive Credit Check. Once these have proved to be satisfactory, we then proceed to preparing a suitable Tenancy Agreement as well as any required Inventory.
