All our floors are expertly fitted by myself Scott Morrison and with 20 years experience in supplying and fitting luxury flooring and a lot of that time working with my family's business I have gained a reputation and great customer base from Glasgow to the Kilmacolm area where I have lived over the years. From small bathrooms to large projects I always try to offer my customers the highest standards of customer service and of course precise and tidy floor fitting. Being born and brought up around a family business (and starting my own in 2000) I fully understand the importance of keeping a high standard of customer service. Being on time, doing what you say you'll do and good communication is what I believe are crucial parts of the process. Being accommodating to a client's requirements and timescale are also crucial (after 6pm and weekend estimates available). If my clients are not sure of exactly what they are looking for I can provide a home sampling service as well as giving a quote for the area required. This isn't all I can offer as with years of experience dealing with all types of houses (from ultra modern flats to rustic farm house conversions) I can offer my experienced opinion on colours and designs to best suit your home.
