As a child I was passionate about sport and spent my time running around trying every kind activity that I could find. This passion has stayed with me all my life and influenced my decision to become a Personal Trainer in 2006 and start my own company. I love to be active so in my spare time you will find me at the driving range, whizzing around on my mountain bike, having fun on my yoga mat or hiking up a mountain...usually accompanied by my dog and my husband, Stu. I discovered my passion for yoga over 20 years ago attending an Ashtanga yoga class at my local gym. I loved the way yoga made my body feel and the challenges it presented. At first I saw it purely as a workout until a new teacher introduced meditation to the class.
