Oaktree Occasions was launched in 2013, but the story starts way before that. Jo and Caroline previously worked and learned their trade in a wide range of prestigious catering and hospitality roles in Devon and Cornwall. Immediately before setting up Oaktree Occasions they ran a successful restaurant together, but decided to take the plunge and launch a catering business following numerous requests to offer their services for a much wider range of events. Caroline is a classically trained chef who qualified in North Devon. As an accomplished chef, Caroline’s extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of kitchen management allows you the freedom to design your own menu, which Caroline will turn into sumptuous reality. Jo is the front of house manager, she has extensive knowledge of professional food and beverage service as she gained experience in the UK and overseas after qualifying in Cornwall. After coordinating numerous weddings, catering projects, corporate dinners and bespoke events, Jo is able to help assist you with all the small details that are so often over looked.
