NSBJ Contractors have been established since 2005, incorporating as a Limited Company in 2012. We are fully conversant and experienced in all aspects of the Construction Industry. Our Projects Director Lee Strain, has over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry and has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the company, interface with clients and consultants, contract procurement, tender preparation and contract planning. We will generally have several projects running simultaneously. Each operating site is controlled by a designated Site Manager/Supervisor who is responsible for all aspects of contract execution. Each Site Manager/Supervisor has the full support of the Project Director. This, together with well established office and on-site procedures, combined with an ethos of communication and forward planning, ensures that each project is completed successfully, within budget and within the stipulated time frame.
