Noah's Ark supports families by ensuring their child's day is a happy and stimulating day whilst promoting their skills and independence. Nina and Mike are proud of all their staff and that together we provide a framework for socialising, exploring and confidence building in each child but most importantly have FUN! We are proud that we offer ongoing training for all our Staff to broaden their knowledge, experience and personal development. Both Nina Rea and Clare Quirk, Deputy Manager, are qualified Assessors and have both achieved QCF Level 5 in Childcare Learning & Development (Leadership & Management). Supervisors Judith Harris and Becky Jones have achieved QCF Level 5 in Childcare Learning & Development (Professional Practice). Sue Roberts, Welsh Teacher and Collette France Supervisor are also working towards QCF Level 5 Childcare Learning & Development (Leadership & Management). Nursery Nurses Sophie Francis and Paige Williams are currently working towards their QCF Level 5 in Childcare Learning & Development (Professional Practice). All other Staff have achieved their Level 3 in Childcare Learning and Development. Mandatory courses which are updated are Food Safety, Child Protection Level 3 Courses and First Aid. We have opportunities to attending other training workshops held by Family Information Services. We are also working very closely with Gower College to provide training opportunities through work based learning for their Students working towards Level 3 Childcare Learning & Development and Health & Social Care.
