This led her to study in New Zealand and work with Auckland Junior Hockey club. Nicola went on to complete a diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy; which she believes complement each other perfectly. Her interest in Sports Injuries and Sports Rehabilitation has led her to take a number of courses in the area and is now a Postural Stability specialist. All areas of health and fitness are important to Nicola as a result of this she takes a holistic approach to her training and therapy combining all aspects of her training and experience. This allows her to advise and support clients with a range of different techniques. It is vital that her knowledge continues to develop through reading and attending courses.
