Hitchambury Homes was founded by Roger Perry, a Chartered Structural Engineer who has a wealth of experience both as an engineer on large projects in the UK and overseas and in the development of residential properties. As Chairman he takes an active role and oversees the activities of the company. Jill Thompson joined the family business in 1984 and now acts as Development Director and also oversees the internal design and sales operation. Tom Williams, our Construction Director, joined the company in 2004 having worked a number of years at a senior level for regional and national housebuilders. Tom works closely with both South Bucks and Chiltern District Council Building Control departments. We have built up an enviable reputation over 40 years for creating award-winning premium properties. Our homes are imaginatively designed to maximise natural light and flowing space which are styled to reflect and enhance their surroundings. With two generations of the same family working in the business, we pride ourselves on the combination of attention to detail and quality standards delivered by our dedicated team. During 1967 our contracting division Neatstone Ltd was formed as a residential contracting company which carried out contracts within the London area for Housing Associations, including the completion of the first warden housing scheme for the elderly. Additionally Neatstone carries out its own developments and other private client contracts.
