MBS is the trading name of Murphy Building Services Ltd, a privately-owned company and family run business that has been operating for over 30 years. MBS was established in 1995 on the strength of our then Partnership Company, C. A. Murphy Building Services, which was originally set up in 1989. The company started as a specialist carpentry subcontractor, building a reputation for quality workmanship. Within ten years MBS diversified into main contracting. We now provide a range of construction services in the residential and commercial sectors, working as Principal (Main) Contractor or as a Trade Contractor.
