I will listen carefully to your needs & goals and will create design concepts that are appropriate, functional, aesthetic and cost effective, every proposal will be carefully tailored to your individual project. My Design proposals will be presented to you through floor plans, elevations and visuals, and will include working drawings & details of all materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. I can prepare and submit applications for consent to local authority and Landlords, administer bids, review and evaluate the quotations and liaise with your appointed contractors throughout the duration of the works until your project is completed.
