There has been a dental practice at Southlands for over 30 years. In 1988 the practice was taken over by Mr. Andrew Furniss who was the sole practice owner until the Autumn of 2002. Mrs. Ann Wren (nee Stamp) joined the practice in 1994. Mr. Richard Bentley joined the practice in Autumn 2001, closely followed by Mrs. Cathy Bentley in the Spring of 2002. Mr. Bentley offers evening surgeries on Mondays and Tuesdays. Since October 2002 the practice has been jointly owned and run by the two principals, Mr. Furniss and Mr. Bentley.
