I treat people from all walks of life and of all ages. My main aim is always to get people back to doing the things that they enjoy whether that is walking the dog, gardening or sport. I always try and encourage activity as it is an effective way to self-manage but also as I strongly believe it helps with all aspects of health and well-being. When not practising I enjoy being active with a range of activities and can often be found running, cycling or swimming in preparation for triathlons of all distances. Sometimes in the gym and when time allows horse riding, which is my first love. Sports injuries and rehabilitation is of real interest to me. With my hobbies I mix with runners, cyclists, swimmers and triathletes on a regular basis. As a result I do see quite a lot active patients whether they’re couch to 5K runners or those at the more competitive end of the field.
