Choosing a Dance or Drama Class for your child can be confusing – to help please click on the logos below to check out the websites for CDET, RAD, ISTD & SQA for a list of Recognised & Approved Dance & Drama Schools in Scotland – if they’re not listed they’re not regulated and therefore may not have the necessary policies and procedures in place to guarantee safe and appropriate tuition for your child. Monument Dance Centre is one of the few private Dance & Drama providers in Scotland which is SQA Approved and the only one in Stirling approved to offer Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre courses. This means that the Scottish Qualifications Authority recognises that we have the facilities, procedures and staff required to deliver SQA courses in Dance, Musical Theatre, Acting and Theatre Performance. Although the atmosphere is relaxed and the emphasis is always on having fun, all pupils learn to work in a disciplined manner which ensures good progress and leads to the achievement of high performance standards.
