The practice was established in 1990 by Michael Kilbey F.I.o.R. Its sole purpose is to provide both Industry and property owners with a source of independent advice for solving problems with roofing, cladding and building envelope issues. Since inception the practice has been independent from manufacturers and contractors. This independence enables us to specify the correct solution from all approved products and systems available on the open market.
