Was originally developed by NASA for the astronauts undergoing the high pressure of 'G' force testing.It is a dense foam that moulds to the shape of your body. Researchers realised that this high density elastic memory foam was ideal for relieving the pressure on burns patients. The memory foam reacts to body temperature which makes the mattress become softer with heat and moulds to the contours of your body. It distributes the weight of your body evenly which in turn greatly reduces pressure on vital points of the back, hips and shoulders which results in a more relaxed and undisturbed sleep. The memory foam mattress also allows for better circulation whilst providing support. This can lead to less tossing and turning in bed.
