Melrose has free parking on its doorstep… very important in Whitby. No breakfast is provided, but Melrose’s clean, comfortable rooms have tea and coffee facilities. There are plenty of options available for breakfast as Melrose is located close to many local cafes, Windy Corner Cafe is just a few yards away, or take a short walk to the brilliant Rusty Shears Cafe. It’s the abundance of fabulous local cafes that makes Melrose a base in which to explore Whitby. Melrose all en-suite accommodation only has sea views of Whitby bay while situated in a prime West Cliff location with Sandsend, Robin Hoods Bay and the North Yorkshire Moors all on its door step.
