I was 6 years old and standing in my Dads photographic studio in London. Huge bright lights sparkled like stars across the room as people hurried around me carrying make-up brushes and sparkly shoes. Beautiful clothes were draped across hangers and tall girls walked around wearing, what my grandmother would have said, was ‘enough clothes to catch a cold!’ And they didn’t seem to care! It was deliciously glamorous and took the idea of ‘dressing up’ to a whole new level of fabulous. I was totally hooked! By 16, I had turned my bedroom into a darkroom (doesn’t everyone?) By 21, I had a degree in Film and Photography and a passion to use these mediums to create things of beauty. I have worked on advertising and editorial campaigns and as an Assistant Director for music videos and huge budget feature films.
