Founded in 1993 by Practice Principal Colm McGurk, McGurk Architects has prided itself in the delivery of innovative buildings for close to 25 years. The practice works actively with all our clients, consultants and contractors to ensure that a continuous dialogue is created from conception to completion, resulting in high quality designs that meet client needs and budgets. McGurk Architects’ connection with local communities across Ireland and the UK is embodied in their architecture’s response to specific locations. We engage with people to understand their culture and genuinely assess their immediate environment in order to deliver on our belief that we can enhance and add value to their various places with additions to the built environment. Our company promotes sustainable development of our communities. We also work actively with clients to reduce the carbon footprint of their projects through the latest technologies, choice of materials and consideration of life-cycle costs.
