Marshels were founded in 1986 by Jamie & Mandy Elstow who have successfully run the company and built a team of long serving trades people for 32 years. Gary Pickering is one of three Directors here at Marshels who brings his managerial expertise within the trade industry into the company and is a key part in the running and development of Marshels. Two of Jamie & Mandy’s sons are working within the company and are striving towards developing the business and looking to build their own paths with the great foundations laid out. Marshels is a family run business striving for high standards of work and tradespeople passionate about their work. Marshels has been home to a number of familys’ over the years, from fathers and sons to siblings working together and promotes strong relationships within the company work force. Promotion of youth and the development of young tradespersons skills are evident here at Marshels, with the business regularly investing in apprenticeship schemes.
