We offer the full range of market research fieldwork methodologies using traditional quantitative techniques such as street and telephone interviews and postal surveys as well as Internet surveys. We also use qualitative methods such as focus groups and in-depth interviews. We have undertaken a wide variety of market research fieldwork programmes for clients. These have included opinion polls, transport surveys, staff surveys and leisure services surveys for the public sector and customer satisfaction, mystery shopping and new product development surveys for companies. Projects have varied from just a few interviews to many thousand. Our priority is to provide statistically reliable market research fieldwork on which both strategic and tactical decisions can be based with confidence.
