We started business over 30 years ago and pride ourselves in the fact that our ethos has always remained the same; great food and a great customer service! We originally grew through word of mouth and have always grown our business this way – up until now! (Knowing that technology has caught up with us) We originally started in West London and Berkshire before falling in love with the Island and moving here full time in 2001. Since then we have had the pleasure of carrying out hundreds of Isle of Wight weddings and events as well as work with the St Marys Hospital and the Isle of Wight Council. We are all conscious of our carbon footprint and the quality of our food these days and where possible we like to use Isle of Wight ingredients that haven’t travelled thousands of miles to get to us or been processed so we can’t recognise them anymore! We grow fruit and vegetables in our garden and will use as much of these as we can and we always use all our own herbs. Our eggs are always fresh and free range either from our garden or Barbara and John’s down the road! (If you want to see the chicken these came from we can show you!).
