M & L comprises of two company directors, Matt and Laura, as well as the real boss of the household their young son Michael! Matt has just completed a degree in accountancy at the University of Gloucestershire and has several years experience in the retail sector including being an assistant manager in a grocery store. Laura's background also contains much retail experience, also having worked in the education system for a few years as a teaching assistant in schools in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.
