We recognise the apparent link between well-qualified, motivated, enthusiastic staff and high quality care and education for your child. When choosing staff for our nursery, we look not just for the right qualifications and experience, but also for that extra passion for working with children. We invest in our staff and we encourage career development through courses and training and also our personal investment of time to enable their growth. All our nursery staff possess a secure working knowledge in areas such as safeguarding children, we also have a Special Educational Needs Coordinator at each setting who train other staff on how to deal with any special needs and requirements.
