Sarah has experience of working with individuals from a variety of back grounds having worked at hostels & women’s refuges in the local area. She has spent the last few years working in the field of addiction as a psychotherapist at Bayberry Clinic, where she also ran the equine facilitated programme. She has been in private practice for a number of years now supporting clients with addiction, anxiety, PTSA, trauma, depression, self esteem issues, anger issues, abuse and many more. A caring and sensitive person, she has personally received counselling and knows first hand how it can help you regain inner peace, ease anxiety, trust and help improve your self esteem. She believes that the most important part of any therapy is to build a trusting relationship, where clients can feel safe and secure so they feel able to share their experience in confidence. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, which allows flexibility for the clients needs and she can adapt her approach accordingly.
