Personal training is designed to keep you motivated and give you the support needed to achieve your goals. We offer tailor-made fitness programmes as well as give you nutritional advice and support. I started my fitness career after serving in the British Army where I competed in sports such as cross-country and boxing. This is where I was inspired to become a trainer and had to leave to follow my dream. Once leaving I completed my HNC in fitness health & exercise then my level 3 personal training. I started out by becoming a boot camp instructor in one of the first in West Lothian. During this, I become a personal trainer for Lee Mcgrorty Fitness. I worked for lee over 9 years gaining great experience working with Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland and all ages from 14 to 85. In 2018 I took over the business and continue to build on our good reputation.
