We are an Independent Estate and Letting agency with our offices located in the rural village of Lyminge and the historic coastal town of Hythe. We opened our Lyminge office in 2009 and in 2012 entered the Hythe market by incorporating the Estate Agency Philip A Chapman; who had been established in the town since 1927.
