All our beef has been specially sourced from Low Green Farm in Yorkshire; matured for 28 days our beef comes from pure bred Limousin and Charolais cattle. Our Josper charcoal oven cooks the meat quickly meaning you get a great smoky, juicy piece of steak on your plate every time. Our ethos here is simple.
