I was born in Hampshire but moved to Cornwall when I was a year old, grew up in the West of Cornwall, surfing, playing rugby for Penzance & Newlyn Pirates and going to school at Humphry Davy Grammar School. I could not have wished for a better start to life in such a great area. I then moved to London for 5 years to study at the British School of Osteopathy and to work there for my first year, hot footing it back to Cornwall as soon as I could. The practice grew and grew, and I loved living in Helston with its wonderful community. I trained in Acupuncture to compliment my osteopathy, and a year ago was joined by Bethany Alston, Osteopath, who has fitted in fantastically with the practice and in many ways her treatment is similar to my own so patients can benefit from continuity but also a second opinion. Communication is a key part of our practice, and we always encourage patients to contact us with queries, worries or simply requests for advice. We will try and find you the most suitable treatment if ours is not helping or appropriate for your condition. We can contact your GP and employer for you on your behalf if we feel it helps.
