When considering a construction project, many people lack the specialist knowledge with regards to what is possible and what permissions are required - Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent or Building Regulations Approval. It may be possible that your project can be carried out under Permitted Development (see link to Other Information). We will visit you to discuss your proposals and offer free, impartial advice on your project and its feasibility in terms of Planning, Building Regulations and Construction. After our meeting; we will provide a Quotation for preparing the Drawings and other Supporting Documents and Reports you will require. An estimated build cost can also be provided at this time to ensure it is within your budget. Once instructed; we will carry out a Survey and produce an initial Design Drawing based on the 'design brief' discussed during our meeting. Any alterations you wish to make can then be implemented and the Drawing re-issued for comment or approval. This process will continue until you are happy with the design. If you are unsure of anything you can contact us for further discussion or a further visit if required.
