Indeed, it was our MD's expertise and experience in fast-track and super-track project delivery that led to the formation of the company. At K1, we believe that the fast-track process should encompass all stages of the development process, from initial brief formulation, to contract procurement and the construction process. In this regard, K1 introduced a scheme whereby the company would submit its formal bonafide tender submissions for contracts up to a value of £1million, within four working days from receipt of tender documents, and seven days for contracts above £1million.
