At Juniper we believe that great quality seasonal ingredients make the best food. We use local suppliers and even grow some of our own herbs and vegetables at our kitchen in East Lothian. We endeavor to provide a dedicated, fun & creative work environment & have a loyal bunch of staff that work with us time & time again.
