We have been strongly influenced by visits to the USA in the 1980’s where the standard of customer service was noticeably better than in this country. We decided that when we opened our own practice we would be obsessed with customer serviceâ€. In 2013 we were incredibly honoured to win the Opticians Magazine Award as the UK Independent Practice of the year. We were finalists again the following year and in 2015 Austin won the Award as the UK Optometrist of the year. We want everyone who comes into the practice for whatever reason to walk out the door EVERYTIME and say Wow, that was impressiveâ€. We treat each patient as if they were our own family and focus on what is best for them, not what is best for us. Our growth is due to this obsession and having developed an amazing team.
