First established in 1985 as a firm of chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants, we advise on corporate property management, rent reviews, rating appeals, landlord and tenant matters, dispute resolution, property acquisition and general professional services. By being a small practice we are able to provide a level of personal service that larger firms, by their nature, are unable to achieve. We work closely with other chartered surveyors and operate rather like a barristers’ chambers. As a result, we have direct access to other property specialists who can offer both formal and informal advice. We endeavour to provide a cost effective quality service tailored to individual clients’ requirements. We recognise that we are in the service industry and as a matter of course, respond quickly to enquiries.
