The bride at my very first wedding was a Christian Dior model with high expectations, and it was this assignment in particular that taught me the importance of creating timeless images where attention to detail is paramount. At a later assignment for a film production company, I was tasked with photographing pro skiers on the colours of the French Alps. This involved me having to drop from a helicopter where I had just one chance to get it right. The Best Part. And that’s what drives me forward: One spectacular event, and just one opportunity to be the best I can possibly be in order to deliver exceptional, creative and unique photographs. Clicking the shutter is just a small part of what I do. Meeting people, having fun, and building a rapport is an essential part of my work. In fact, many wedding guests assume I’m a family friend when they see the way I interact with my clients. I love this part of my job — I love talking to and hearing about them, and I love watching their stories unfold on what will be one of the most important days of their lives.
