He now specialises in the sensitive adaptation of historic buildings to new uses. His portfolio includes Grade I and II listed houses, churches, offices, and historic gardens. He is on the approved list of architects for the Dioceses of Bristol and Bath, in which capacity he is able to carry out quinquennial inspections and reordering projects. He is currently appointed church architect for eight parishes. Recent work has included writing Conservation Plans and Heritage Statements of major lottery funded public projects, the reordering and re-roofing of a Wiltshire parish church, and the total rebuild and repair of a Victorian bandstand.
