The founder John Ginster, a member of the original Ginster Limited family, developed his passion for food as a teenager within the food manufacturing industry. From hereon in John sought to build his career across the catering industry by undertaking a range of roles that included Menu Design, Ingredients Sourcing, Restaurant & Kitchen Consultancy, Head Chefing, Front-of-House (Personal Licence Holder), Private Dining and Event Management. Having gained all the relevant qualification and experience, John then set about launching his own catering business “John Ginster Catering Limited” with the sole ambition to be number one for quality. The company prides itself on providing a fully consultative service, comprising of an initial briefing session followed by the presentation of proposed ideas and pricing. In doing so, the company seeks to bring all of its experience to the table to help define and deliver a tailored catering solution.
