Shamanic healing lifts the "heaviness" from our lives and helps to set us on a new course, towards our highest destinies, bringing everything into balance so that we are directed towards the futures and the lives we really came here to live. Dropping the accumulated energy and unhelpful baggage of the past. So we feel and become "lighter" in so many ways. Shamanism and Shamanic Healing are about coming into a more harmonious relationship with ourselves and every aspect of our lives. Our past often creates shifts in our relationship with our lives and with the world around us so that things feel out of balance, we are stuck, things don't work or flow, we are out of balance. This creates a momentum that keeps us going in directions we want to step away from and keeps attracting the things that we no longer want in our lives. With Shamanic Healing we shift energetically, letting go of these old patterns, and create the space for the things we really want in our lives. The world that we know, and everything beyond this exists in a continual and fluid relationship with itself. This fluid relationship is called "Ayni" and is the organising mechanism of the universe. It's what keeps the balance. When we are out of balance, our lives, our worlds are out of balance too.
