My aim is to create beautiful spaces which meet the needs of the Client , Users and the Environment. I provide a professional service, either doing the work myself, for small projects, or using a carefully selected landscape contractor to faithfully execute your approved design. On the Design side, I have a particular interest in gardens for the Elderly and Dementia suffers. Much research has been done into the benefits of gardens to these people and ways in which this can be maximised. I would be pleased to discuss this with anyone interested in this field. I am also experienced in working with self-build/community groups, such as schools, to produce a design and then supervise the construction using your own volunteer workforce. In these situations, the design takes in account the likely limited skills and resources of the workforce. Children are also welcome!
