Develop greater insight and understanding of yourself and how you relate to other people. Gain knowledge of how your past affects how you live now in the present. Identify, understand and build on your strengths and inner resources. Consider the changes you may wish to make in order to enhance your life, and decide on how best to achieve those changes. Make those changes with the support of an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
